Terms of use

The service

TapSite offers a free website sample preview. When you choose to publish, hosting is £35 per month (cancel anytime), billed via Stripe. Optional logo design is a £50 one-off. Setup is £0. Domain connection follows onboarding after payment.

Sample previews — not affiliated

Every sample shows a permanent banner: SAMPLE PREVIEW — NOT AFFILIATED. Until you publish and finish onboarding, the preview is not your live site and TapSite is not affiliated with your business. We remove the banner only after go-live.

Your content

• You confirm you have the right to use text, photos and credentials you supply.
• We only display Gas Safe or other accreditations that you provide — we never invent them.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of contact details and service descriptions on your site.

Hosting after you publish

• Includes SSL, a mobile-friendly site, a contact form to your email, and one minor text or image update per month.
• Custom domain after onboarding.
• Cancel anytime; access ends at the end of the paid period unless otherwise agreed.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Hosting renews monthly until cancelled. Logo is a separate one-off purchase.

Fair use

Do not use TapSite for unlawful, misleading or abusive content. We may suspend a site that breaches these terms or harms others.

Liability

Previews and hosting are provided with reasonable care. TapSite is not liable for loss of business from downtime, third-party tools, or content you supply, except where the law does not allow that limit.
