Do I pay before seeing a site?
No. You confirm interest, we build a free preview, then you decide whether to publish and go live.
What’s included in £35/month?
Hosting with SSL, your mobile-friendly site, a contact form to your email, and one minor text or image update per month. Custom domain after onboarding. Cancel anytime.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes — after payment and onboarding we’ll connect your custom domain.
What about Gas Safe or other credentials?
We only show credentials you supply yourself. We never invent accreditation numbers.
Who is TapSite for right now?
We’re soft-launching with independent plumbers across Greater Manchester. If you’re outside that, email hello@tapsite.uk — we may still be able to help.
How fast can I go live?
You’ll get a free sample preview after you confirm interest via your invite. Going live happens after you pay for hosting and finish a short onboarding — we then remove the sample banner and connect your domain. Soft-launch timelines vary a little; we’ll keep you posted by email.
Can I cancel anytime — is there a lock-in?
Yes — hosting is month-to-month with no lock-in. Email hello@tapsite.uk to cancel; your site stays live through the billing period you’ve paid for, then we take it offline. No exit fees.
